Northrop Grumman Space Systems
Systems Engineering Manager
Functional manager of the Systems Engineering section in the Operational Exploitation Systems (OES) Operating Unit. I oversee 2 managers and ~ 40 individual contributors who specialize in OPIR ground processing.
Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Lead for the design, execution, verification, and build of 6 relay ground stations on Guam.
Scrum Master for the program's Agile development.
Technical oversight of the subcontractors for the ground terminal equipment and antennas.
Responsibilities include technical contribution on programmatic roles, employee engagement, performance management, career development, proposal support, employee rewards and recognition, resolving personnel issues, strategic hiring, employee skills development, labor forecasting, execution through collaboration with program management, and balancing employee needs with business goals.
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems
Hardware Engineering Manager
Functional manager of the Computational Electromagnetics (CEM) group comprised of 16 engineers with experience ranging from new-hires to 30+ years of industry experience who specialize in CEM and RF antenna modeling in an installed environment.
Lead and manage internal research and development for new tools and techniques.
ScrumMaster for the CEM development effort.
Roadmapping activities for the development of new modeling capabilities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include employee engagement, performance management, career development, employee rewards and recognition, and resolving personnel issues.

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems
RF Microwave Design Engineer
Development and maintenance of industry leading, in-house electromagnetic software toolkit.
Experience with computational techniques: DDM, FEM, MoM, IE, FMM, PO, and various optimization methods.
Experience with utilizing HPCs for computational modeling.
Development of active phased array antenna architecture, requirements generation, antenna systems and subsystem analysis, and performance modeling.
Collaboration with Systems and subsystem architect leads.

Graduate Assistant
Researched electron-positron cascade mechanism in magnetospheres around spinning black holes.
Development of theory on small scale magneto-optic effects and applications to laboratory plasmas.
Instructed three sections of undergraduate physics lab per semester.

Developed an analytic solution for the cross sections of non-relativistic flavor-mixed particle collisions.
